Rebecca Parrish’s began her long term care journey as an Activity Aide, during which she discovered how meaningful it is to bring joy, purpose, and connection into the lives of residents. Today, she is proud to serve as the Activity Director at Avante at St. Cloud. Rebecca brings a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those she serves through innovative, engaging, and inclusive programming.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has developed and led activities that promote social connection, psychological well-being, and mental stimulation, ensuring that each program is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of residents.
Rebecca shares that she is driven by empathy and a genuine love for helping others. “I am passionate about creating moments where residents can thrive with joy, experience personal growth, and feel a sense of connection and belonging,” she says.
Rebecca is inspired daily by seeing residents smile and knowing that the activity programs she is offering make a difference in their lives.
