Having her own personal experience of receiving help when she truly needed it is why Natalie Benjamin chose social work as a career path. That experience showed her how powerful compassion, guidance, and support can be during difficult times.
As the Social Services Discharge Planner at Avante at Ocala, Natalie brings that same passion into the her daily work. Supporting residents and their families as they navigate important transitions in their care is something she takes great pride in. “I understand that these moments can be overwhelming,” says Natalie. “My goal is to provide reassurance, advocacy, and the resources they need to feel confident and supported.”
For Natalie, working in long term care social services is more than just a career—it is a purpose. She shares that her dream is to continue growing in this field and go as far as possible in helping those who are in need. “Knowing that I can make a positive difference in someone’s life is what motivates me to keep serving with compassion and dedication,” says Natalie.
