Anne Edouard has been a Certified Nursing Assistant since 2014 and has worked at Medicana Nursing & Rehab Center for the past 10 years.
Her passion for this field began while caring for her grandparents growing up. That personal experience inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to serving the elderly.
Anne finds great fulfillment in working on the rehab unit. She takes pride in seeing residents regain strength and independence after arriving in pain or with limited mobility. Watching residents progress and sometimes walk out of the facility brings her joy and a deep sense of accomplishment.
She demonstrates compassion, responsibility, and teamwork every day. Anne understands that residents depend on her to help maintain their health, comfort, and dignity. As a CNA, she serves as the eyes and ears for the nursing team, recognizing that her work plays a vital role in delivering quality care.
